Transchem Limited is a public limited company listed at BSE. The Company was incorporated in 1976 as a Private Limited Company and converted to Limited Company in 1992. Initially the company was in the business of dealing with chemicals and pharmaceuticals during the year 1993 it diversified to Mushroom production.
Company is having its Mushroom plant at village Talegaon, Taluka Maval, Dist. Pune. Due to change in international horticulture scenario presently the mushroom plant of the company is non-operational.
